Shipping Policy

Processing Times
Please allow 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday) for us to process and dispatch your order. Every order includes a tracking number. An express delivery option is available at checkout.

During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer. We'll keep you informed of any delays.

Order Cut-Off Time
Our daily order cut-off time is 6:00 PM UK time. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Times
Once your order has been placed, you can typically expect:

Processing time: 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday)
Transit time: 4–9 business days (Monday to Friday)
Total estimated delivery: 6–12 business days from purchase

United Kingdom, Standard Shipping: FREE

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands may take a few days longer than the estimates above.

Carriers
We ship through trusted carriers including Royal Mail, DHL, UPS and FedEx.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update as your parcel moves through international and UK carrier networks.

Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to PO Box addresses, British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses, or restricted areas. Some items may be subject to shipping restrictions depending on carrier or regional regulations.

Failed Delivery or Returned Parcels
If a delivery attempt fails because of incorrect address details, or the parcel is otherwise undeliverable, it may be returned to us. We'll contact you to arrange a new delivery, which may incur additional shipping costs.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at help@willowpryor.com. We'll work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, courier delays or weather. Business days exclude weekends and UK public holidays.

All our products are shipped from our fulfilment warehouse in Asia.
