Welcome to the Wild
Meet Willow Pryor — a WILD futurist, writer, speaker, transformational coach, mother, and life devotee. Willow helps others reconnect with the web of life, dismantle outdated systems, and embrace embodied, flourishing futures. Her work combines transformational futures, eco-spirituality, embodiment, and systemic well-being.
Willow Pryor, holds an MA in Strategic Foresight (Transformational Futures), is an Ayuvedic Lifestyle Coach, is a certified practitioner in the Soul Voice® method and has been initiated by Indigenous teachers in New Zealand. She lives in the liminal, on the edges of the wild in The Gap, Queensland, Australia.
In my twenties, I discovered healing arts like Ayurveda, Kahuna Bodywork, Reiki, Breathwork and shamanism, reconnecting with the Earth and body wisdom. These practices sparked my life’s work.
Transformational futures thinking took my work from private clients to organizations and governments, exploring how storytelling and systemic thinking reshape lives and narratives.
I’ve been guided by elders and wisdom keepers, learning practices like Soul Voice® voice and breathwork, 5 Rhythms dance and shamanism to help track my way home into my body and connection with all of life. These tools remain essential in my journey and teachings.
Transformational Futures
I guide individuals and organizations to re-imagine and create flourishing futures through workshops, storytelling, and coaching.
My work fosters reconnection with the natural world, grounding transformation in our place within life’s web.
Using yoga, somatics, and ancient healing, I help others reconnect with their bodies as vessels of wisdom and transformation.

At home in The Gap, Queensland, Australia, I reconnect with the land. Life here feels messy, alive, and full of possibility.

What if….
What if I let go of my knowing
What if I let go of the hardness of certainty
To stretch into uncertainty
For new senses to unfurl
Knowing to unravel
And new possibilities to emerge
I sense the voices of the past, my ancestors
whispering on the edges of the wild
Inviting me into the unknown
But not disconnected
Not separate
Messy and alive
Dripping with life and sensuality
An intricate and intimate web of life and living
Yet to be discovered
In fact, yearning
